As far as communication is concerned Nowa Ruda and Nowa Ruda Industrial Park are located in a convenient way.  The city is located only 14 kilometres from Wrocław-Prague route. The Road No. 381 called ”Sudety Arch” linking Wałbrzych and Kłodzko goes through Nowa Ruda.  The city is linked with the province capital Wrocław by the road going through Woliborska Mountain Pass [Przełęcz Woliborska] in Sowie Mountains and further through Bielawa and Dzierżoniów.    Apart from that there are other road links:  through Srebrna Góra and Ząbkowice Śląskie or through Głuszyca and Świdnica.
