Basic objectives of Nowa Ruda Industrial Park:

• creating and developing regional industrial infrastructure;
• creating conditions for entrepreneurship development;
• improving qualifications of employees employed at the territory of the Park;
• decreasing unemployment at the territory of the Region.

Stimulating development of local entrepreneurship and gaining outside investors is the mission of Nowa Ruda Industrial Park. Making attractive investment areas for production and service activity available and ensuring advantageous conditions to conduct a business Nowa Ruda Industrial Park contributes to creation of new jobs and enhancement of region competitiveness.

The main objective of Nowa Ruda Industrial Park is making a modern and consistent with norms offer of production and investment, warehouse and administration areas enabling investing entrepreneurs to conduct a business in a competitive way at the territory of the park and the expected effect is stimulating development of local entrepreneurship and gaining outside investors, thus creating new jobs by providing advantageous conditions to conduct a business at the territory of Nowa Ruda Industrial Park.
There are the following minor objectives leading to achieving the main objective of investment part:

1. Conversions of buildings for the purposes of production and service activity
2. Construction of new production buildings
3. Modernization of inner communication system by the construction and modernization of roads, manoeuvre areas and car parks.
4. Securing water supplies for production and service purposes by constructing new water-pipe sections. 
5. Securing heat energy supplies for converted buildings by modernizing and constructing new sections of central heating system.
6. Securing electric energy supplies for the needs of park investors.
7. Diminishing environmental pollution by making a new sanitary sewage system and new gas grid available.
8. Regulating the way of disposing water and sewage by making new sections of rain water and sanitary sewage system.
